Everything was great minus the elevator being broken. The laundry facilities also didn’t work as needed clothes were soaking wet after wash & dryer took a few times do fully dry clothes.

The reception area is small and less welcoming for the size of the hotel. The doors are not automatic. The air perfume used in general inside the property and inside the room are strong. I would consider a less stronger product
