This home was perfect for my son's recovery from donating a kidney. The front room had a bed that inclines. Very clean, communication was incredibly fast. When there was an issue with the fridge, they had a repair person there very quickly, and it was fixed within hours.The pictures are spot on, yet the home still seemed better in person. All the windows are terrific. The water was nice and hot, and the AC worked great! We felt very safe in the neighborhood.Host responded with any question very quickly.

This home was everything we needed and more for our stay in Austin. Tucked away in the vibrant SOCO neighborhood, the location was unbeatable — close to great local spots yet peaceful enough to relax after a busy day exploring.Inside, the house was spotlessly clean and surprisingly roomy. The three-bedroom layout gave everyone plenty of space to unwind, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home made our stay incredibly comfortable. It’s clear the host goes above and beyond to create a welcoming environment — from the well-stocked amenities to the stylish, cozy decor.Communication with the host was seamless. They responded promptly to any questions and were genuinely accommodating throughout the entire stay. That kind of attentiveness made everything feel effortless.If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located home in Austin, this one truly checks all the boxes. This was the perfect spot for my husband, myself and our two dogs - the house was wonderfully decorated and spacious with vintage Austin charm. The lcoation was also clutch being so close to South Congress and Downtown and a variety of eateries and watering holes. Check-in was a snap and the amenities were all thoughtfully arranged. Michelle was a stellar host - very engaged and responsive to any and all questions or needs that came up. This was a perfect home base for us as we attended a conference in downtown Austin and took in some of the local haunts in our downtime. We can't recommend it enough!
