Some issues but great location
A major concern and dangerous issue is the sliding doors. They don't lock properly at all and anyone can access the property at anytime. The front is surrounded by sliding glass doors and a few of them don't lock. The dishwasher was filled with dirty dishes from the previous renter. There is low water pressure in the showers and a broken handle on the first level shower. Exiting on the parking side the door can't be locked from the outside requiring tenants to walk around the block to get to a vehicle. The biggest concern is the dirty dishes left behind and the doors that can't be locked at all being a safety concern.
