Great location and plenty of space!

Perfect spot for families visiting Austin or Round Rock. Our kids loved the games, pool, and pool table. Plenty of space for two families!

Fun family stacation

The hosts were great to work with. We loved the pool and the hot tub. The arcade games were also a big hit for our 7 year old son!

Wonderful Experience

Great place to stay and relax. The heated pool and hot tub were great to have to relax, grill, and have some beverages when we weren't exploring Austin. The activities (pool table, shuffleboard, darts, ping pong, foosball, arcade) were fantastic to have to keep the kids, and adults, occupied and having fun.

Great house in Austin!

The property was clean and had a lot of great activities to keep everyone happy and busy during our stay. The host was very responsive to any concerns or questions we had. Excellent location for eclipse viewing!

Amazing!

My wife and I had an amazing time enjoying the home and pool. Lisa was such a great host that we cannot wait to visit Austin again! The home had everything we needed and the pool was amazing especially during Texas summer heat. Lisa could not have been more accommodating for us and made sure we had an enjoyable stay!

Fun house with good space

We had four teenagers with us traveling for sports tournament so the games were a hit. Pool and spa were also nice. Couches were very comfortable. Good. Neighborhood.

Nice stay

Had a good time at Lisa's house, she was very responsive to any needs or concerns we had. Beds were comfy and most importantly the AC worked well in the 105 degree weather!

Great stay

We stayed 4 nights here & it went by entirely too fast. Hopefully we can make time to come back. I think this is the perfect place for a quiet, relaxing getaway. My 12 year old twins absolutely loved it & were so sad to leave. They have a nice clean pool & hot tub, along with many games… pool table, shuffleboard, darts, ping pong, foosball & many board games. Perfect for quality family time! Lisa is also super friendly & informative. This was our 1st experience with something like this & she made it super easy! Can’t wait to plan another trip back.

Family Vacation

Hello, we enjoyed our family vacation at Lisa’s rental. The open floor plan is great for entertaining. The garage and loft game rooms were wonderful. We frequently used the nearby park. The pool and hot tub were clean. The beds were also very comfortable. Lisa was great about fixing any problems that we encountered.

Prefect for a family gathering

This house was a great place for my family to celebrate my son’s graduation. It had lots of games to play with in the garage. Enjoyed play pool and swimming in a the heated pool. I would recommend this house to anyone who would like to relax and spend time with their family.

Great family vacation

Nice home with plenty of space and fun things to do. The pool, hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, foosball table, and shuffle board table kept us all entertained and busy. Accommodations were comfortable. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and concerns, usually within minutes. It was a great heat away for all of us!

Great Staycation Destination!

This is a great place to unwind and visit with family and friends. Lisa was very accommodating and communicative making the check-in/check-out process easy! My family had a great time with the pool and all the fun activties there at the house. With limited places to visit this summer we decided to choose a home to stay in that the whole family could enjoy. This definitely met our expectations and immediately felt like a second home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Great spot for a retreat!

Every year, my wife and I try to do a couple's retreat where we get away from normal life to reflect on the past year and plan for the upcoming year. This year, we settled on this place and it was perfect for what we needed. The big lush living room couches made for comfy lounging and talking, and the neighborhood offers relaxing walks and a nearby park. We'd definitely come here again.

The property is spacious and beautiful with a huge backyard, pool, and hot tub! The house was very clean and well kept and truly felt like a home away from home for the night! The host was helpful and answered all of our questions in a prompt and kind manor. Definitely interested in returning again soon!

Such a great, family-friendly place!

Our family loved staying at this guesthouse. We had no issues with any neighbors, and everything was well-stocked — beds are comfy, and everything was easy to find and understand. Owners are very nice and communicate quickly; all in all it was a delightful stay. Would love to stay here again!

Nice relaxing space

We had a great night's stay at his property. The house is nice and open with all you need for relaxing and having fun. Even though it was literally freezing outside, the hot tub was perfect for an evening soak under the stars. We look forward to another excuse to retreat in Austin at this property!

Neat house, but very uptight neighborhood

The house is nice, but they dont mention there is a sherrif as a neighbor. This neighboorhood is EXTREMELY uptight, there is a camera that faces the pool so it was a very uncomfortable feeling, and if you own a loud vehicle, do not stay here because you will get complained on. In all, i wouldnt recommend if you plan on having a friend gathering or your music on even to its minimum without getting a complaint. I do recommend it if you are as loud as a cricket.

What a find! A wonderfully spacious house from which to explore Austin and surrounding area.

This house was perfect for our needs, super clean and beautifully furnished, with lots of fun things to do, and a relaxing environment in the home in between jaunts into the city. The Van Allens have thought of everything and were extraordinarily helpful and available, and great to work with. I highly recommend this property. There aren't many like it in the Austin area. Thank you for our great stay!
