Additional Information:

- No furniture can be moved. Do not move any tables, beds, sofa, indoor or outdoor furniture.
- No Grills are to be brought to the property
- No eating/food in the pool (Drinking is fine as long as you drink out of a plastic container or can. (plastic containers are available)
- Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM (especially loud outdoor music) it creates noise pollution for our neighbors.
- The property is close to the lake and in the middle of nature. Bugs and debris may/could fall daily into the pool. A Pool Pole/Net is provided for easy daily cleaning and just takes a minute to make the pool clear and fantastic to swim and look at.
- Do not touch/adjust the pool panel/screen. Please contact us for any adjustments including water features, or changing lighting color

Additional Notes:
- Our home is the 2nd street up from the lake. Being so close to the lake means bugs do enter the home. We are on a regular scheduled spray and add another spray when the bugs are at their most active. Bugs are inevitable if you encounter them, they are most likely dead or dying due to regular bug service.
- We have exterior only security cameras for both your safety and protection of the property

While all electrical and mechanical equipment within the Property is in good working order, Owner cannot guarantee against mechanical failure of electrical service, stopped plumbing, water supply, heating, air conditioning, audio visual equipment, pool equipment, internet access, cable service, or appliances. Guest agrees to report any inoperative equipment or other maintenance problem to Owner immediately. Owner will make every reasonable effort to have repairs done quickly and efficiently. Guest will allow Owner, or a person permitted by Owner access to the Property for purposes of repair and inspection. Owner is not responsible for any inconvenience that may occur and no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to failure of such items.
- For those traveling with boats: Guests will need to use a public ramp when launching a boat. Park pass required for usage of boat ramps.
- Please be respectful of the property. The owners designed their dream vacation home with VRBO specifically in mind but also use this property themselves when traveling. We look forward to you, your family and friends creating lifelong memories in Lake Travis and Austin.
