Wonderful place to stay right in downtown near Barton Springs on South Congress! We had teenage boys that enjoyed their own room and the Moms had the rooms in the front for quietness. This place is perfect for attending ACL and other events downtown.

Cute area of town that's easily walkable to downtown 20ish min to 6th street and relatively safe even late at night. Good for intimate groups. We had 10 colleagues so the bed situation was a little surprising. The listing indicates the king room has a double bed, but it's also a sofa bed. The common space has a sofa bed and a sofa; the two "twin" beds are a fold out mat and air mattress. You can definitely fit a lot of people in the condo, but the picture description is a little misleading compared to the actual layout. Otherwise, super cute and plenty of towels, sheets, and coffee.
