This hotel is clean and rooms are clean. However, the homeless are sent to this hotel as permanent residents here. I woke up by the homeless rapping and play loud music outside my door and even asking me: are you awake? I will never come back to live here for sure.

Had a two night stay and would do again. Room was exceptionally clean and updated. Check in rep was kind and friendly. King size bed was not comfortable too firm however if you like firm mattress not a big deal. The AC did not cool as would be expected considering I had it set very low. Convenient location including a walk way to Mexican restaurant. Overall experience was great.

Did not like that there are NO Elevators for disabled people. I did VERY MUCH APPRECIATE the young man at Check In. His name was RAY. He actually carried my bags for me due to No Elevators and EXCELLENT Customer Service👌
