The Spicewood neighborhood puts you at the edge of Austin’s most beautiful natural spaces. You’re less than 20 minutes from picturesque Lake Travis, with boating, jet skiing, and zip lining. Even closer, you’ll find St. Edward’s Greenbelt, a scenic retreat with nature trails along creeks and small waterfalls. Cheer on Austin FC at Q2 Stadium nearby, or dine, drink, and play at The Domain. Don ’t skip the Tibetan dumplings at Monk’s Momo, less than a mile from the property!
Hop on CapMetro just a short walk or rideshare away: Routes 3 and 383 stop at Great Hills Trail (≈0.8 mi) for frequent buses to the Arboretum, Domain, UT, and downtown, while Rapid 803 Burnet/S. Lamar (≈1.4 mi) runs every 15–20 min straight to the city center.
