The communication was fantastic. We didn’t have linen for the pullout couch and although the communication was great we didn’t get the sheets until our last night. The sofa bed itself is in rough shape with it being severely slanted and the area around the property seemed a little unsafe. Parking was limited but they found us an alternative spot in the garage.
