This stunning retreat combines impeccable style with thoughtful functionality, offering an unforgettable experience for up to eleven guests. The home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, and a 2-car garage. The primary bathroom is equipped with a premium VIGO Rector Shower Panel, and the versatile flex space in the garage is both heated and cooled for added comfort. The open floor plan seamlessly connects the living area to a chef’s kitchen, which boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops crafted from a seamless slab, engineered hardwood floors, and a built-in microwave. The family room offers a comfy sofa and 2 chairs, and it opens to a gorgeous patio, making indoor-outdoor living effortless.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis, complete with a cabana featuring a dining table that seats 10, a fire pit, a BBQ area, and an in-ground swimming pool. Beyond the property, guests can enjoy the shared amenities of the Rosewood Heights Condo community, including a pool, a casita with a grill area for gatherings, and a co-working space equipped with desks and a coffee machine.
Located in the heart of walkable East Austin, Avante-Garde offers prime access to trendy restaurants, coffee shops, and bars, as well as nearby Saltillo Plaza. Downtown Austin is just 2 miles away, with the UT Campus, Lady Bird Lake, and E 6th Street only minutes from your doorstep.

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Portoro Homes uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.
• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

Discover the charm of Historic East Austin near Cesar Chavez with this renovated craftsman house. Immerse yourself in the vibrant Austin neighborhood or walk to some local favorites such as, Launderette, Bufalina Pizza, La Barbecue, Juan in a Million, Cenote, and Lou's Eastside.
Getting Around:
Austin is an easy city to get around without a car in this location! Walk, rent a scooter or bike, easy access to Uber/Lyft. Austin offers plenty of transportation options. Ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 10 minutes away.
We also provide guests with a full list of recommendations and services. This information can be found in the House Manual upon check-in.

Please pay close attention to following the house rules. Non compliance could result in sizable fines.
- All guests staying at one of our Portoro Homes are required to sign (esignature) a rental agreement and complete identity registration.
- Age restrictions apply. Reservation holder must be 25 years of age.
- All guests must be included on the guest list and not exceed the maximum number stated on the listing.
- Upon arrival, we aim to ensure your safety, proper access to the home, and guest features. ALL guests are required to read the house manual upon arrival. Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to Portoro.
- Known damages incurred during your stay must be reported to the property manager immediately.
- Before check in, we will send you detailed directions to ensure a seamless arrival.
- Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
- We cannot guarantee early check ins or late checkouts. When it is possible to check in early or check out late, there will be a fee for anything outside of a one hour window within our standard times. If your need for an early check in or late check out is great, your best option is to book an additional night.
- Some homes have cameras for external monitoring only.
- Some homes offer pools/hot tubs. There is no guard around the water features when available. Use at your own risk.
- Stays over 29 days – please inquire separately for terms and conditions.
- HOTEL TAX COLLECTION: Both the City of Austin and the State of Texas requires all hotel and vacation rental hosts to collect hotel tax. We collect these two taxes within the booking transaction. The state requires 6% and the city requires 11%.
- YOU ARE HELPING: A portion of the city hotel tax helps support Austin's musicians and related businesses.
- This is a No Pets property. A daily rate fee of $150.00 will apply for violations and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- This is a No Smoking property. Penalty fees for violations will apply and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund at the discretion of the Host.
- For the safety of guests and the home, there are noise monitoring devices. These devices only measure the decibel level and do NOT record any audio.
Interaction with Guests:
Portoro Homes communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 48 hours prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by email/text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7.
We follow the CDC Recommended Cleaning Guidelines. You can rest assured this property has been completely sanitized prior to check-in.
