This is a comfortable, one bedroom condo located in south Austin in the Westgate area. It is a TEXAS relaxation oasis with plenty of room to unwind and enjoy Austin! Convenient to everywhere in Austin. This is a SECOND floor condo, fully remodeled with a stairwell access. You only have to walk one flight of stairs. You will have a large balcony with a great view!

Guests will have access to a fully equipped kitchen that offers a full sized refrigerator and full size oven, blender, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and pots/pans and toaster oven. Washer and dryer are also available inside the condo. There is a HEB grocery store nearby to purchase any food/cooking needs.

The bedroom has one comfortable queen bed (sleeps two adults). In case of extra sleeping requirements, the sofa in the living room converts to a full size bed or a queen air mattress is available. Condo has central air. Also has ceiling fans in the bedroom and living area.

GETTING AROUND:
Located off William Cannon /Deatonhill in Westgate area (quick access to downtown, the airport, Formula 1 track, and Interstate 35). For public transportation (Capital Metro) is right off complex (Stop #4428) @ William Cannon and Deatonhill. Capital Metro website can provide maps/details of available routes: You may also park your car inside the condo complex. Unit is 10 minutes from downtown Austin. Airport is less than 20 minute drive or taxi ride. Formula 1 race track is 13 miles away.

Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside or on balcony.
We prefer no smoking on premises.
