The Four Bedrooms (4)
Our house features four well-appointed bedrooms - three with king-sized beds ensuring a restful sleep and a children's room equipped with a bunk bed (full and twin). All rooms are furnished with blackout curtains for added comfort.
The Three Full Baths (3)
Each bathroom in the house is designed for relaxation and convenience. Two bathrooms come with luxurious walk-in showers, while the third includes a bathtub for soaking. Essentials such as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided as well as a hair dryer.
The Kitchen
Prepare meals with ease in our fully equipped kitchen. It features a new gas range, quality pots, pans, bakeware, and a refrigerator with an internal water dispenser and ice maker. Coffee lovers will appreciate the choice of k-pod or filter coffee machines, complete with complimentary supplies. Additional amenities include a cool mini waffle maker and essentials like olive oil and basic spices.
For families, we provide plastic plates, cutlery for kids, and a high chair to accommodate our little guests.
The Living/Dining Area
The living room offers a cozy setup with a brand new 65" 4K Mini LED TV and an antique piano by the fireplace. The dining area comfortably seats four, with additional outdoor seating available to accommodate more guests.
The Laundry
A convenient laundry area is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, with detergent pods included for your use.
The Outdoor Area
Enjoy the private outdoor deck with a dining table for four and a relaxing hammock. A propane BBQ grill is ready for your cookouts. The large, fully fenced backyard and a seasonal hot tub (available from October) enhance your outdoor living experience.
The Workspace
A dedicated workspace with two seats and ultra-fast WiFi (WiFi 6) > 300 Mbs allows for uninterrupted productivity.
The Community Pools
Our neighborhood features four community pools, each accessible for a nominal fee of $5 per person (3 years & under FREE and $1 for Senior). Just a 3-minute drive from the house, the closest pool, available from May through September, includes six 25-meter lanes, a 13-foot deep diving well with a 1-meter diving board, shaded areas, restrooms with baby changing facilities, lounge chairs, picnic tables, and a covered gazebo. A kiddy pool with ample shade is also available here. Another pool at the same distance and two more slightly further away offer varied amenities, with one remaining open year-round.

The house is monitored for your safety with outdoor cameras and a doorbell camera.
An advanced water filtration system ensures the water is exceptionally clean.
Automated keyless entry. Guests will receive a personalized door code, exact address, WiFi password, and detailed check-in instructions via a formal check-in message.
