Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Backing to the Point Venture Golf Couse, you can relax in the outdoor sitting area under the shade. Lots of Green Space and beautiful trees on the backyard. The house has been recently remodeled, and is fully equipped for you to enjoy a relaxing weekend getaway at the lake. When booking, you will have acces to the Point Venture parks and amenities. The house is located in a safe, quite neighborhood. You will not be disappointed.

2 Cozy Townhomes next to each other. Each Townhome sleeps 9 people for a total of 18 people and both offer a wonderful Golf Course View and access to the Lake.

- Half Bathroom perfect for guest

- 50” smart TV with complementary Spectrum Cable.
You may log into your own streaming services like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+ and more.

Board Games and Kids Games
- We have coloring books, puzzles, kids books and adults reading books.
- We also tried to include some of our favorite board games. The list is growing and we will keep adding more!

- Has a full set of kitchen utensils, silverware, mugs, cups, pots, pans, coffee maker, small oven/toaster, microwave, some condiments, coffee, dish soap, and more.
