Great place great location.

Had a great time here, house was perfect, parking spot was a big plus. Owner had a welcome 6 pk of beer for us and was very responsive. Walkable to most of the entertainment, about a mile or so. Would stay again, thanks.

Great spit

Lovely home in a great location with fantastic hosts! Doesn’t get any better. Great deck to enjoy our morning coffee… well stocked kitchen (and fridge!)

Great Location/Private/Clean

The townhouse was in a great location for accessing downtown, the university area, and south Austin (via rideshares or longer walks). The place was quiet (located in the alley behind the main house), and very clean. Cool spot!

Hosts were lovely. This is property is a great location to walk/Uber/scoot to downtown, to UT to 6th Street. It’s clean and spacious.

Centrally located townhouse

Great location and easily walkable to the Capitol as well as many coffee and restaurant spots. It was nice to have a designated parking spot and the check in process was very easy. We were never more than a few minutes walk or drive to other places we wanted to visit.

The townhouse has everything you would want for a stay. The house is walkable to all key sites and restaurants. The house is fully equipped with everything you need! I would definitely recommend this to everyone. The hosts are so nice and easy to communicate with. We had a great time!!

UT - Mom- Daughter Weekend

We loved our visit to Austin! This was, by far, the best place I have stayed in Austin. It is in a GREAT location, spacious and clean. The first floor has cool fabulous big red smooth tile. The hosts were thoughtful and excellent at communicating. It was smooth sailing from the moment we received our confirmation note from Ted and Janelle. It was perfect!

Wonderful stay!

Great location and home. Generous hosts that have provided for all your needs. All the details have been taken care of in the home from soap to coffee filters, etc. Our party of three women felt very safe in this location. We had a rental car but it could be walkable to several areas. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent again if we were in Austin.

Perfect Location!

It was only a 2 minute walk to the venue for the wedding we were attending as well as close enough to walk to local restaurants, convenience stores, the Capitol Building and downtown. The house was nicely furnished with a well-stocked kitchen and all the bathroom necessities you may have forgotten. Loved the sprawling oaks in the yard and relaxing with our morning coffee on the porch.

The place was absolutely perfect! We loved the rooftop deck, it was super quiet, friendly and gracious hosts, great selection of books in the house, and tons of privacy. I can't imagine what more we could have asked for (aside from better weather, but you can't blame the hosts for that!)

Quiet spot

Was a nice quiet spot conveniently located! The place very well organized and well kept! We were in town for an event at the moody center and it was a short drive from there. Lots of places within walking distance. We loved it!

Great stay!

Loved being close to everything while still being tucked into a peaceful neighborhood! We were in town for a wedding and were less than 2 blocks from Allan House. My elderly parents had no problem walking there and back. We have now gone on a few roadtrips the last couple of years and this was our favorite stay so far. Checking in was a breeze, coffee and the 6 pack in the fridge were a lovely welcoming touch, and communication was easy. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Cute place!

This property was wonderful for access to anything around downtown Austin. The 4 stars because for older adults with any mobility issues the bedrooms are all upstairs and the roof deck has steep stairs. Fair amount of early morning noise by a business facility across from the place.

The property was absolutely perfect for us. It’s on a quiet neighborhood near all the fun stuff to do. Very clean. Lovely patio. Owners provide all the little things that are helpful, like spices, oil, coffee. Home was very clean and we were grateful they let us check in early!

Capitol neighborhood treehouse

Great location!! We walked to the university, the capitol, moody amphitheater, congress & 6th street, even across the river. Great coffee shop blocks away too. You don’t need a car if you stay here but the parking is right next to the front door so that’s easy too. The roof deck is such a treat. It feels like a treehouse, you even climb a ladder to get there. There’s shade & a breeze, perfect for relaxing after exploring. There’s another shady deck on the first floor and an adorable book nook under the stairs.

Great place close to campus!

We stayed here while going to Austin for a UT Campus tour. This was the perfect place. It was very private with plenty of room for the 3 of us. Lots of restaurants and other attractions in walking distance.

Perfect Wedding Day prep

The bride and her bridesmaids used this property for getting ready for the Wedding at the near by Caswell House. It was the perfect size for relaxing, and have our hair and make up done. The location is great and private but safe. The owners were delightful to work with. Their communication was prompt and answered all of our questions.
