Adorable house

I had a blast staying here. It’s a cute, quirky little house that was perfect for me. I was able to cook meals, do a couple loads of laundry and walk back and forth to the pool at the University to watch my daughter swim.

Weekend Getaway

Girlfriend and I attended a concert at the Moody Center and this spot was a great place to stay for the night. Perfect walking distance to the venue and great place to stay for the night.

Great location, home had everything we needed

Super comfortable king size bed and nice shower. My friend and I were out of the Vrbo most of the time but when we were there it was a great place to rest and chill. I loved the bench swing on the front porch. Also, great location! Close to Rainey Street, 6th Street, Lady Bird Lake, etc.

Excellent property with easy access to the city

This was a wonderful property. Communication was timely, courteous, and thorough. The house fit three people perfectly, with the air mattress. Clean, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a weekend stay. Beds and mattress were really comfortable. Garage-door wall opening to the patio was amazing on a nice day. Hard to close, but whatever. I would absolutely book this property, again.

Great location - needs some attention

Location is wonderful if you are looking for close to the UT Tennise Center, Softball etc. The house itself has some challenges though. It wasn't terribly clean, with several dead bugs in kitchen upon check in. Very sparse on plates, glasses etc. No coffee machine (french press). The Internet is dreadful, lost connection many times and extremely slow. The TV is unusable. yes lots of channels, but the TV speakers are totally blown. Water pressure is very poor. If you have thick hair you would need to stay in it for a good while. The AC unit is right above a bed which has a slight gradient slope to it. Sleep was poor. The blinds are basically see thru, especially in bathroom which is very awkward. Overall, I would not stay here again which is sad as we go to this area each year and the location was great.

Perfect little studio. Loved it!!!!

This little cabana was so perfect for our downtown activities. I loved the uniqueness of the garage back door opening up to the outside to a nice sitting area. It made the flow of the place perfect. The overall ambience of the place is very relaxing and peaceful.

Modern studio with all needed amenities and a comfy king bed. Close driving distance to Austin attractions. Great value as well.

Great place for a stay in ATX

Great property overall, nice feel to the layout, and love the backyard. There is a graveyard right down the street, but if that doesn't bother you it's a great place!
