Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood, this delightful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom retreat + full office is the perfect base for your Austin adventures. As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The living room boasts a smart TV, inviting you to curl up on the plush couch and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. Feel free to connect to your streaming services and enjoy a relaxing evening after a day exploring the city. Work from home or keep the family entertained with high speed wifi and a smart TV. Stream your favorites on Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+ and more!

The house has a great layout with plenty of spaces to hang out. You'll find a cozy dining area to enjoy home-cooked meals or indulge in a lively game night with your loved ones. Just off the dining room, an enclosed patio beckons you with its yoga tile floors, a sofa, and a crackling electric fireplace. It's the ideal spot to unwind, read a book, or gather for some quality time. Oh, and did we mention there's an additional TV out here plus a convenient laundry room for your use.

The 2 bedrooms are tastefully furnished and each features a luxurious queen bed adorned with hotel-quality linens. The larger of the two bedrooms has a desk and monitor setup to help promote working from home. So, whether you're a remote worker, traveling nurse, waiting for your home to be remodeled, or traveling for a fun mid-term vacation, you can rest assured that a peaceful night's sleep awaits you.

Between the two bedrooms is a fully functional office that features a spacious desk, a large monitor perfect for remote work, and a printer for any last-minute documents. Best Stay in South Congress Neighborhood

Have rented in Austin the last four winters and Dasha’s house is by far the best place we have stayed in. Everything you need is supplied, from coffee to excellent clean linens, to 5 tv’s to choice from and friendly neighbors if you need anything . Would rate this a 6 star if we could.
