This is a safe little way station. It doesn't look like it but it is a safe place to rest your head. Miss K was a big help on checking in and allowing for a paid late check out. This is a basic place to stay but allows you to rest safely while spending your day exploring Austin.

I assumed that when I booked a hotel that is part of a franchise, it was subject to certain standards set forth by the Online Booking site and the Hotel Chain Corporation. Obviously, I was mistaken. This is one of the filthiest properties that I have had the misfortune to stay at. Online hotel booking sites should vet the hotels they book. The hotels often misrepresent their properties by posting photos and descriptions that do not reflect the property's current condition. The elevator did not work for the last 4 days of my stay, and my key card lost its program at least twice a day. The stairwell had broken eggs for 3 days and was only cleaned after I complained. The manager told me she only has one housekeeper for the entire 4-floor property. People loiter in the parking lot at all hours; there is no security guard, and the front desk is closed at night.

Hotel was dingy. The lobby is extremely small and still had a Christmas center piece on the table. The hotel is not staffed 24/7. I had to check out early for a flight and the gate for the desk was down. I had to get a blanket from the desk before bed and had a difficult time finding the correct door to the lobby (there was no signage for that door or the elevator). No tissues, cups, or coffee maker in the room. Horrible hotel.

Room was filthy and it smelt like someone was smoking weed all day in there room only had 2 towels for our entire stay if you wanted they cost money for clean towels , no breakfast was even offered here. Don’t waste your money on this place

It was a good location but I found one of the hand towels at the sink extremely dirty. I do not know if it was accidentally but I almost wiped my hands with it. Seems like a cloth someone used to clean a dirty surface. In the future, just make sure they clean up crew present all fresh and clean towels. ' Thank You
