Beautiful home near South Congress!

We had a fantastic stay! The home was in a great location, just minutes from South Congress. We had a group of 11 women and everyone had plenty of space! The pool was great and the home had everything we needed for the weekend. The host was really friendly and responsive, which made the whole process so easy. The neighborhood is also beautiful—go for a walk if you can! Would definitely recommend!

We loved how near this location is to S. Congress (walking distance) and from a beautiful H.E.Bs. It was very convenient for uber rides into the center. The pool was lush! Everyone had plenty of space. And there were floats left by others, extra chairs, and games in the closet. I would definitely stay here again!

Great 5 Bedroom Home Rental

House was great for our group of seven, and could have held more. Lots of space, interior was nice, everything was generally as advertised. Short ubers to different entertainment areas, so easy to get around. Neighborhood was quiet which was nice. Pool was refreshing. Overall the rental worked great for our group.

Fun stay with perfect location

Overall the stay was great. The location was perfect for us and walking distance to some South Congress bars and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to anywhere else we needed to go, including airport. Upon arrival we were a bit dissappinted, we paid extra for early check in and the back patio and pool was dirty. The condition of the back deck needed some TLC with paint chilling and tiny furniture. For the price of the house, I expected more attention to detail. Windows to bedroom and bathroom on main floor didn’t have any window coverings, bed sheets were tattered and ripped, no hangers in huge closet making it unusable, and ice maker of freezer didn’t work and looked like it needed a good clean. Outside of the things mentioned, the rest was good. Communication with host was timely and offered to send someone to clean the pool/patio if we sent pictures but my group didn’t want to bother with that and had already cleaned it before we reached out. They also gave us a late check out for no cost to help make up for the issue which I appreciated. The house size and bedroom accommodations were great for a group of 12 women celebrating a bachelorette party. The bathrooms were updated and clean, the beds were comfortable, open floor plan. Overall, my sister’s bachelorette party was a success and we enjoyed our time at this house and in Austin.

The house was great! The team was very responsive when we had an issue with the shower drain. Heating the pool costs extra which I didn’t realize at the point of booking, but thankfully the September Texas heat got the job done! Would recommend!

We stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and it was awesome. Plenary of space for everyone to sleep as well as living area to hangout in. Really close to the downtown bars and the owners made it very easy for us to enjoy. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My friends and I stayed here for a long weekend and the property was perfect! Pool was great for an August weekend, there was plenty of common area space for us to hang out in and the kitchen had all the necessities for us. They were communicative about the option to check in early but it does cost extra. Additionally the listing says they can fit 14 people in the house but they actually have a $200 fee for any additional guests over 12 (so we had to pay even more than what was advertised), not a huge deal just something to be aware of. Would definitely stay here again.

Bachelorette party ideal

The house has plenty of space for large groups, comfortable beds, beautiful pool and great location! The house did include the minimum we needed including bath towels however there was not a single kitchen towel. We had to do all of our cleaning up and drying dishes with paper towels which was frustrating.
