Optional Add-On (By Request):
Guests may choose to purchase a small plate of homemade artisan marshmallows, lovingly prepared by one of the local mothers who helps care for the home. These treats are made with marshmallow root, maple syrup, collagen, local honey, elderflower, rose, and vanilla, and finished with a touch of edible gold.

Marshmallows are delivered prior to arrival and are available in the following options:

$10 – serves approximately 10 people

$25 – serves approximately 30 people

All proceeds go directly to her and her two young boys. Please message us in advance if you’d like to add this to your stay.

This was the cutest little place we could have picked to stay. Me and my husband are locals and we're getting away for one night for our anniversary while my mother babysat our kids. This was the perfect pick!!!This cottage has so much character and history. It was beautiful inside and out. The location was amazing. We walked over to downtown Round Rock in the evening. It was gorgeous! The only complaint we had was that there was a lot of noise from Main Street specifically in the morning but the owner even had eye masks and ear plugs provided probably for that reason. We are already planning on staying again next year.And we felt so welcome. The personal touches were the kindest!Thank you Sara for a great stay!!!

A hidden GEM in the heart of Round Rock!

I can’t say enough great things about this charming cottage! From the moment we walked in, it was spotless—super clean and clearly well cared for, which made us feel right at home. The location is absolutely perfect—tucked away in a quiet spot, but just a short walk to downtown Round Rock and literally minutes from the beautiful Woodbine Mansion (which was perfect for a wedding weekend!).But hands down, the showstopper was the queen size bed—I’m not exaggerating when I say it might be the most comfortable bed on the planet. I slept like a dream every night and actually looked forward to crawling into bed (which never happens when I travel!).If you’re looking for a cozy, clean, and incredibly comfortable place near everything Round Rock has to offer, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!
