This Fantastic place located just minutes from downtown Austin. Enjoy an active lifestyle with easy access to Lady Bird Lake, UT, and Mueller, where you'll find everything from HEB to the Alamo Draft House and the best farmer's market in town.Take a stroll at Lake Park which is one of the bigger public parks in Austin, perfect for dogs, families, joggers and more, and indulge in the many nearby restaurants and coffee shops like Birdie's and Nixta Taqueria.

Great for family with teens/young adults

This house was perfect for our two nights stay in Austin with our college students. The house has modern decor and appliances, and was very clean and fully stocked with everything we could have needed. We loved the large kitchen table for our dinner with family!

Very Nice Place To Stay For The Football Game

Four of us stayed here two nights to see a football game at the University of Texas. Easy check in and the house had everything we needed for our brief stay. If we come back in a couple of years, we'd gladly stay again.

Long weekend getaway

In town for the Texas-csu football game. Very clean property. The best stocked rental house I’ve ever stayed in. The only downfall is the busy street nearby so can hear the traffic at night.

Our stay was wonderful-the house is beautifully remodeled! It’s pristine clean and it was very safe. Large backyard for our dog to play was perfect. The owner is very kind and accessible. Highly recommend and will stay there again!
