Welcome to our spacious and beautifully designed East Austin retreat, a perfect getaway for families or groups seeking comfort and luxury. This expansive home features four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a stunning outdoor oasis with a hot tub, balcony, firepit, and bamboo-lined yard. Enjoy the full outdoor kitchen, pergola with sofas, and lush fruit trees, all designed to offer a memorable and relaxing experience.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a bright and inviting living room featuring a massive, comfy sofa and a large smart TV, perfect for streaming your favorite shows and movies on platforms like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+. The slider door in the living room opens up to a full outdoor kitchen equipped with a dining table, grill, counters, and more, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience.

The main floor houses two elegant queen bedrooms and a luxurious king bedroom, each fitted with custom luxury hotel linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. Also on this floor are two full bathrooms, each stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers, providing a spa-like experience.

The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, island with bar stools, and all the necessary appliances and cookware to prepare delicious meals. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen makes it easy to enjoy family dinners or entertain guests.

Step outside to discover an outdoor oasis. The backyard features a hot tub for relaxing soaks, a balcony with a hammock for leisurely afternoons, and an outdoor pergola with sofas and a firepit, perfect for evening gatherings. The full outdoor kitchen is a chef’s dream, offering ample counter space and a dining area for al fresco meals. The beautifully landscaped backyard, adorned with bamboo and fruit trees, provides a serene and picturesque setting.

Unique to this property is the lofted fourth king bedroom upstairs, which includes a private bathroom and balcony access, offering a secluded retreat within the home. This room is perfect for those seeking extra privacy or a quiet workspace.

Pets are welcome in our home, and we even have a doggy door allowing dogs to go outside as needed! There is free parking available in two spaces in front of the house, ensuring convenience for all guests.

Guests will have access to the entire home including parking out front, the backyard with hot tub, the outdoor kitchen, the backyard, and the balcony! The garage is the only space that is unavailable as that is reserved for the homeowner. Thank you for understanding!

We want our guests to enjoy all the amenities our property has to offer, including the hot tub. However, please be aware that the availability of the hot tub might be affected by necessary maintenance, cleaning, or unforeseen issues that arise beyond our control. Our commitment to providing a safe and enjoyable experience means there may be times when the hot tub is not accessible. Your understanding and flexibility are greatly appreciated as we work to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

If you need recommendations, we'll be available to provide them otherwise you'll have complete privacy. We'll provide you with access information before you arrive, so you'll have super quick and easy entry.

After booking you'll be provided a link where you can purchase upgrades to your booking such as early check-in and late check-out, additional cleanings, and more that will make your Austin experience even better!

We don't charge a security deposit! Where many hosts charge over $500, and where you as the guest risk them not returning your deposit – Austin Vacay remains guest-centric by charging a one-time, non-refundable fee (already included in your booking price) which provides up to $1,000 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages (subject to plan terms and conditions). This means a lower cost to book, and because accidents happen, protection against costly charges. Plan terms and conditions provided by request after booking.

We have taken extra precautions to care for our guests and employees by introducing zero contact entry, enhanced cleaning protocols, and strict covering requirements for employees. We encourage our guests to review Texas and Austin’s travel guidelines and restrictions before making a reservation. We must work together to ensure a safe environment for everyone that enters our properties.

Located in East Austin, this vibrant and eclectic neighborhood is known for its unique artistic flair and cultural diversity. A hub for creativity, the area boasts an array of art galleries, music venues, and trendy eateries that showcase Austin's unique character. The nearby outdoor spaces, like parks and biking trails, contribute to the lively urban environment. This part of Austin is also close to downtown, making it convenient for both work and play. From food truck parks to specialized boutiques, the area provides a variety of attractions that cater to diverse tastes and interests, reflecting the dynamic spirit of the city.

Scooters (Lime & Bird) as well as Lyft and Uber are the best ways to get around Austin, especially this close to everything. However, there are also a lot of public transportation options in this area (see CapMetro's website).
We have security cameras outside of our property at the entrances for added security and your peace of mind. We do not have any cameras inside, respecting our guests' privacy.

1) No smoking allowed (of any kind) ($350 fine)
2) No loud noises after 10 PM per city ordinance
3) No events or parties.
4) Feel free to inquire about bringing your dogs along. We allow a maximum of two small dogs, each weighing 35 lbs or less. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $85. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a dog so we can prepare the necessary cleaning supplies to eliminate allergens before the next guest arrives. If we do not receive notice at least 48 hours before your check-in, the fee will be $105. While staying with us, dogs must be crated when left alone, should not climb on furniture, and must not be left outside unattended. Owners are responsible for any damages caused.
5) The cleaning that you pay for is to clean the home prior to your stay. If you do not pick up after yourself sufficiently when you check out, you may be charged an additional cleaning fee - price depends on how long it takes to clean up after you. We don't expect you to scrub the home, but simply pick up your trash and put everything where you found it
6) Minimum age requirement is 25
7) If you do not check out on time (11AM) you will be charged an additional night
