Nice property, poor in details. I couldn't order a latte at the bar, they ran out of coffee beans. Similar with black tea for breakfast. Taking inventory maybe? if breakfast starts at 630, means 630a, not 645a. I need to be finished by 7a. Skeleton staff, which is not uncommon now. More than enough for me not to come back.

Stayed here for an event at the Oasis on 3/30. Room was fine, nothing special. Decent breakfast and pretty clean. But we discovered the AC wasn't working when we got back to the room and it got up to 80 overnight. It was a shock to hear there was no on call maintenance on a holiday weekend. They offered to move us to a room with only one bed ..and with 4 kids and at 11pm we just decided to rough it. In hindsight we should have moved and just had the kids sleep on the floor because it was a miserable night. Either way, it was not worth the money spent.

Our room was too hot, we asked staff about it but no real answer. Was almost impossible to sleep, never got below 76 degrees despite turning the thermostat down. Do Better!

Part of my floor when I walked in was kinda run down, didnt look like it was taken care of and there was a black spot in my shower. The cleanliness could have been better and the floor needs updating.

This is a great hotel to stay at, the customer service is amazing. This time around we stayed on a weekday so there was no breakfast traffic and my family and I truly felt like at home.

Hotel amenities and customer service were good, breakfast time was a little hectic. They were missing cups and utensils but the desk staff was fast in getting them for the guest. There is also only one waffle maker so the waiting for it is lengthy. Front desk assistance was very good.

Great, solid concept.
Clean. Nicely laid out. Good breakfast bar with additional option for Starbucks coffee drinks (for an additional,yet reasonable, cost). Great location for my needs and convenient to major thoroughfares NW of the city proper.
