A separate guest house ("casita") includes a private primary suite with a full bathroom, small kitchenette, TV, and washer/dryer, making it perfect for couples or guests who would like additional privacy.

AMENITIES

Private swimming pool (the pool is NOT heated), heated spa/hot tub, covered outdoor kitchen and lounge area, fire pit, and beautiful lake views.

Please note: Pool umbrellas are no longer available, and this property does not have a boat dock.

While the interior is cozy and inviting, most guests find themselves spending their time outdoors—relaxing by the pool and spa, gathering around the fire pit, or enjoying the backyard beneath the towering shade trees overlooking the lake.

Instant Booking Policy

Please contact the Reservation Manager before using Instant Book. This allows us to answer any questions, verify that the property is a good fit for your group, and help avoid unnecessary reservation cancellations after your credit card has been charged.

Rental Policies
No weddings.
Maximum occupancy is 14 people at any time, whether or not everyone is staying overnight.
No day events that exceed the 14-person occupancy limit.

Lease Agreement

A signed lease agreement is required for every reservation.

After you submit your Reservation Request, we will send you a VRBO message the information needed to prepare your lease agreement.

Please return the requested information within 24 hours. Once you receive the completed lease agreement, it must be signed and returned within 7 days. Failure to return the signed lease within this timeframe may be treated as a cancellation, and the cancellation policy will apply.

If you do not receive the lease agreement, it is your responsibility to notify us.

The sandy beach area behind the home is owned by the neighboring marina but is fully accessible for guests who wish to enjoy the water.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT POLICY

Early check-in and late check-out are not available for 2-night reservations.

Guests staying 3 nights or longer may request an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.

If an exception is approved for a 2-night reservation, a minimum fee of $250 will apply.
