Did not stay at this property for the safety of my family. This place was dirty and unsafe. Homeless casing the parking lot. People looking out of the window with binoculars. I wish I could get my money back.

Carpet on the second floor is extremely dirty and with a horrible smell. Doors and walls in the room are dirty and you can see old stains everywhere. Furniture is old. Property is not maintained. The staff is nice but I will never stay here again.

This location needs to be shut down. Disgusting and the most traumatic experience that I’ve had at a hotel. This place is a dump. Blood stains on the sheets, dirty carpet, stains all over the curtains, backed up toilet when we first entered the room and a shower so filthy I was scared to use it. Stay elsewhere.

This place is in desperate need of a renovation. The carpet was terrible, the ceiling water stained, the breakfast was pitiful. Location was accessible but not in a great neighborhood.

THIS HOTEL IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING IT WAS NASTY ENOUGH THAT I CHECKED IN AND CHECKED OUT IN 15 minutes and went and spent another $300 on a different hotel . From the lobby to the hall way to the hotel room everything was nasty not vacuumed stains all over the walls and carpet then in the room the bed set had stains on it the lamp shades were mildewed the curtains were nasty covered in stains the hotel room wasn’t vacuumed there was visible trash on the ground all over . DONT USE THIS HOTEL!!!!! OH AND THE POOL WAS BROKEN WHICH THEY DONT TELL U. I’m leaving just a couple pictures of what it looked like

The room smells of urine and dampness, the toilet paper rolls had already been used, there was no housekeeping service during my 7-day stay, and the staff is friendly.

The hotel said parking was free, but I was charged $3.71 for parking at check-in. The swimming pool was also unavailable during my stay. The floor in the room was very dirty, and there was a strong musty smell coming from the bathroom. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay and expected much better cleanliness and service.

The sheets were clean on both beds and they seem pretty new. The room had the bare minimum but was vacuumed and actually had been wiped down in the bathroom as well. The staff, though a little tough, and for the right reasons is due diligent and stays on course with everybody allowing no exceptions to the rules. The security deposit thing is well it sucks, I’m gonna go ahead and write it off as a loss, but the continental breakfast, though they need a new iron was a little bit more unique than others, and the staff put a little bit more into it The night keeper I forgot her name. She was great and the gentleman managing during the day gave a more no offense to anyone USA kind of feeling, it was several ethnicities working together, and I love that.
