Pictures do not do this house justice. Such a beautiful property. Easy walk to many shops and restaurants. Property managers were very helpful and responsive. If we ever find ourselves in Austin again this will certainly be our destination!

I stayed with my family at the Henley house for five nights and we had a great stay. The property is just as shown in the pictures. The location is amazing within walking distance of shops and restaurants and just a short drive from downtown. The pool was clean and the pool house is a very neat complement for privacy. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing house

This property was so nice for my bachelorette group of 11. Plenty of space with comfy beds and nice lounge areas. The outdoor space is so cool with the tree, pool, and games outside. There are so many fun little shops to eat and go to in walking distance! Our only issue was constantly being kicked off of the wifi. Otherwise - the hosts were very responsive to any issues or questions and the home was beautiful! thanks for having us!!!!

Best Bachelorette Stay ever!

AvantStay totally pulled through for us with this amazing property. When another listing fell through, this beautiful house fell into our lap, and we upgraded for sure. This place is walking distance to all the fun shops & murals on south Congress. There’s coffee and restaurants right around the corner. It’s also a short Uber ride to all the bars & restaurants austin could offer. The house is stunning. The decor is top notch. The communal space is open & great for hanging out. The pool area and outdoor space is unreal. Seriously book your stay here nowwww!! The only thing missing was a full length mirror in the guest house, but we hardly noticed! Thank you for the wonderful experience. Our group of 14 had plenty of space and a wonderful weekend to remember!

Great Location and Terrific Space... a little neglect

You can read about all the positives of this place in the description and they are, for the most part, true. We especially liked the layout of the main room. You can all be together even if you are doing different things (cooking, playing games, watching TV, visiting, etc.) I think the next best thing was that everyone could have their own private space that wasn't just their bedroom. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms. The fixtures are elegant. It is a lovely place and the location couldn't be better.The outdoor area off the main room is beautiful. I could see someone having a small wedding back there. There is a gorgeous tree in the center that the deck is built around. I would recommend this place to anyone with the hope that a few minor improvements were made.Now the cons:The cushions on the outdoor couch were so moldy and musty we had to wash our clothes after leaning on them. The outdoor pool table was in such disrepair we couldn't use it.They provided the cheapest toilet paper (A silly decision considering the nice bathrooms).The oven door was broken.The main room had so much dust we had to call someone to clean it.There was one roll of paper towels provided.The sectional in the living room needs to be replaced. It's a bit worn out and not very comfortable.Some of these criticisms may seem a bit petty. But considering the price of the place the owners should make sure the stuff they advertise is usable or don't have it at all.

From the time we arrived the pool was extremely dirty & seemed as if the filtration system was broken. The outdoor area was untidy with debris on the furniture. Many of the lightbulbs in the house did not work.

Would have been nice to have blinds/curtains in the bedrooms. The street lights kept the rooms brigh

Wonderful except the street lights coming in the bedrooms. Hard to sleep with all the bright lights. Needs blinds/ curtains. Also outside area was not swept or clean at all. A ton of debris all over the decks.
