Access is not guaranteed and may be limited or unavailable due to building maintenance, scheduling, or other factors. Guest Requirements & Screening:
The guest who books the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and is considered the primary guest. The primary guest is responsible for the reservation, must be staying at the property during the reservation period unless prior written approval has been granted, and is fully accountable for the conduct of all individuals included in the reservation. Any violation of house rules by the primary guest or their invitees will be the responsibility of the primary guest and may result in fees, penalties, or early termination of the stay without refund.

For the safety, security, and protection of all parties, we require all reservations to complete an identity verification and background screening through a secure third-party service. The verification process includes submitting a valid government-issued photo ID and a live selfie to confirm identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the reservation. Serious or repeat violations may result in immediate cancellation of your stay without refund.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, in common areas, and on the property.
Parties, events, and disruptive behavior are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. A warning will be issued for noise complaints; a second complaint may result in removal from the property without refund.
All guests must be registered. Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.
Do not move furniture, décor, or appliances.
Tampering with Wi-Fi routers, smart devices, security cameras, or locks is strictly prohibited.
Mail or package delivery is not allowed. The host/property is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned deliveries.

Lockouts & Key Policy:
Lost keys, damaged lock devices, or lockouts may result in a replacement or service fee depending on the timing and circumstances.
