Overall the stay was OK. It would have been nice if the yard was maintain better. Location was hard to get too the first time there. The pool lights were not working, but the grandkids had a great time!!

We’ve stayed in this area previously. Loved the size of the house and accommodated 12 of us easily. Close proximity to the wedding venue. We made great use of the pool. Loved the lower level entertainment area. All the nephews/nieces played video games all night long. Plenty of bathrooms

Overall - this VRBO is perfect for large groups. Everyone had their own space and had no major issues. The pool is huge and was great for our pool day at the end of our stay. The only true negative - surrounding construction made it difficult for us to get Uber/Lyft. They found us eventually, though!

Great for large groups

We stayed here for a large family gathering. There were plenty of bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms for our group. The kitchen was also nice for accommodating the group. The kids had fun swimming in the pool, and there was a pleasant covered patio to sit on. We had a great time!

We came for our friends bachelor party and had a wonderful stay. Spacious, clean and open house is perfect for big groups. Lovely pool and living room area in the basement were great for hanging out!

Project in Austin

Some coworkers and I spent two weeks at this location. There were plenty of space to accommodate everyone so everyone had their own bed. They enjoyed the pool on their downtime. Communication was great with the host. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect for large groups!

This property was just what we needed to fit our 9 guests. Bedrooms are large and beds and linens are very comfortable. House was clean and in great shape with multiple large living spaces for our group. The only reason I gave the neighborhood 4 starts was due to construction which it to no fault of the property manager or owner. At the time of our stay the highway was down to one lane which made it hard to get anywhere in a timely manner. Hopefully they will finish the construction soon. Even with this inconvenience, I would stay in this house if needing accommodations for a large group again.

Stay at Roadrunner Retreat

The house is spacious and can fit a large group comfortably. Provided pool towels in addition to the bath towels which was nice. The ice maker in the freezer did not work. House is 20-25 minutes from downtown. Grocery stores/liquor stores/Costco all located within 10 minutes.

July 4th weekend getaway

The home space and amenities are great for large groups. We thoroughly enjoyed the big pool and amazing backyard. The house itself needs some TLC to make it perfect. All the bathtubs did not drain properly so showering meant standing in a pool of water. Some dead bugs and cobwebs on the inside of windows but nothing that a good cleaning won't take care of. All in all, an enjoyable experience, we will definitely consider booking there again.

Family Thanksgiving trip

Our family met in Austin for Thanksgiving. Everything was pretty much as advertised. We struggled with the internet connection and watching football games in the LL family room. The host was very responsive in trying to get it fixed. Otherwise. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. 20-30 minutes to the airport and 6th Street. We will check it out again the next time thru.

This home was everything as listed. Plenty of space for the families and a large gathering area with the dining room and living room. The downstairs area was very nice for the kids to hang out and play. Because of the weather change (summer to fall) the water was a little too cold for the kids to get in. The pool looked very inviting anyway and the large backyard was fun. Hopefully the HWY 290 construction will be completed soon.
