Lake Travis fun in the sun

This is the PERFECT lake compound for large families and friends! Loads of space for relaxing or playing in the pool, hot tub, or hanging on the dock. Perfect for bachelor parties, bachelorette parties, and family reunions.

You won’t want to leave this house! There are several local boat rentals, google "boat rental near Hudson Bend" for a full list. Some companies will pick you up right at our dock! IF YOU BRING YOUR OWN BOAT, YOU WILL NEED TO LAUNCH IT FROM A NEARBY PUBLIC RAMP. You can tie off at our dock, but we do have access to the ramp. Owner stores boat at dock, please leave it alone.

We have abundant luxurious space for families and friends. 1+ acre of land and spacious 5000+ sq feet of living space. Dining seats 12, Beds for 18 guests. There are 5 king beds, 2 queen beds, 2 double beds, and 3 twin beds. Spacious deck with table for 6. Large ground floor patio around our pool. Swim, boat or just hang out at the beautiful pool or on the dock. The new pool is due to be completed June 2026.

Great for large groups

Really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of space and beds for 15 people. Lots of fridge space, great pool area. It was 95 all weekend but the outdoor area did not feel overly hot. Paula was very responsive to any communication. Would stay here again.

Exquisite time

Big group of dudes visited for bachelor party. House was more than accommodating for feeding, sleeping and hanging out by the pool. Short drive to good local restaurants and to the marina on lake Travis for boating. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area

Great house off Lake Travis

Had a great time at the house. Huge space with lots of bedrooms. Fun game room and an amazing pool. Had an issue with a leak in the bottom floor ceiling, but Paula sent someone right over to fix it after I notified her of the issue.

Perfect house for group parties

We had a bachelor party at the house, and it was perfect. Lots of room in the back for games, awesome bonfire pit as well. Easily slept 10 guys.

It was our first Thanksgiving away from home. This property did not disappoint. The property had plenty of space for everyone to have their own personal space. The propery was clean and well stocked. Paula was great. Highly recommend!

From start to finish Paula was there to assist our group with inquiries and needs. We had a group of 15 for a bachelorette party and we all slept comfortably. we enjoyed the pool area and patio/yard , the home came stocked with a lot of add ons that were not anticipated (pool floats, amp, coolers, etc). We had a great time and the location is unbeatable to the marina. i would stay here again anytime. thanks again Paula!

Great spot, big clean house. Only issue is Lake Travis was down 50+ feet so no access to water. I would confirm water levels if youre looking for direct acess to Lake Travis.

Very Spacious

The property had a lot of space for our group of 11. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor amenities. Paula was very responsive to all of our needs and checked in throughout the stay. The only downside was that it was a little difficult to get an uber and we had to schedule ubers in advance. Overall, we had a lovely time!

Amazing bachelorette trip!

We had a group of 13 stay here for a bachelorette trip and this house was everything we could have asked for! The house was clean and well kept, stocked with everything we could have possibly needed and more! We LOVED the outdoor pool area and it offered space in the shade for those of us who needed to escape that Texas sun. Paula was an amazing host both prior to and during our booking. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and even checked in on us midway through our stay to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again & recommend to anyone headed to the area!

Excellent Location and Stay!

Great Friends' Weekend Getaway

I stayed here with a group of 13 guys and we had a great weekend. The house was set-up well for big groups with a well-stocked kitchen, activities including a pool table, a ping pong table, and a foosball table, along with the pool and good common areas for hanging out. Paula was a great host and communicated with us throughout the stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. The only bummer was the water level at the lake was a lower than expected, but it didn't detract from a great weekend. We would definitely stay there again.

The best stay for a group celebrating a bride to be!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Communication with Paula was exceptional and she was so accommodating to our requests. She also provided amazing recommendations and was very responsive throughout our stay. The house was the perfect fit for a large group of women with plenty of space for getting ready. The pool was heated our entire stay. We loved spending time on the patio and outdoor areas. We took a short 5 minute drive to the marina for an awesome boat day. The kitchen was fully stocked to prep and serve an abundance of meals. The home offered a ton of fridge space for food and beverages. Highly recommend booking with Paula! Would absolutely love to return in the future!

Don't assume this house is on the lake

Renters need to make sure to check the lake levels before assuming this house is on the lake (if that's why you are booking the house). When we visited August 2023 there was no water in the canal (not a little, none) so the house was not on the lake and not very close to the lake. This was a surprise to us. Communication with property manager was very good - responsive, etc. Convenient location, ~45 minutes from the airport. House was relatively clean when we arrived. Great pool. Neighborhood was a mix of nice houses and trailer homes. Yard could have been cleaned up better (industrial trailer and other equipment parked behind the pool, etc.)

Just what the doctor ordered

We had been looking at several properties, and this is the property we kept going back to, so after reading reviews and checking availability, we decided on this home, and I’ll tell you what! It was just what the doctor ordered. Two months before our yearly planned trip I was diagnosed with cancer and was super sad when I found out my 1st chemo treatment was the same as the stay at the house. I immediately contacted the property owner and she was so understanding, supportive and flexible that she was able to move the dates around so that we could still make the trip. My group consisted of family ranging from all ages, from the moment we walked in the whole home was so inviting and everyone was so blown away by the beauty of the property, and by all of the activities the home had to possibly entertain everyone! We were well aware that the lake might be dry but luckily it had rained and the boys were able to do some fishing. The house had everything we would need and was very well stocked. The rooms were a great size and easily fit all of our families. Everyone already wants to make plans for next year. I will be forever grateful to have been able to spend this time with my family in this home.

This property was MADE for large group gatherings! Probably the best equipped kitchen I’ve ever seen in a rental with regards to spices, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates and glassware.
