FANTASTIC

This was the perfect place for our family of 4. Very close to our family in Austin, and super convenient to lots of areas and things to do. We will probably be repeat visitors to this property. Thank you so much for a lovely little spot!!

Perfect two nights in Austin!

The house was cozy and had everything we needed. We appreciate the quiet neighborhood and the parking. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. was able to connect easily at the UT campus and the Capitol.

Excellent Location

We stayed here for three weeks while our son was receiving medical treatment in Austin. It was clean, perfectly located, and very comfortable. We'll be back for sure! Thank you!!

PERFECT LOCATION while visiting grandparents!

Family of four (kids ages 7 & 10) in town to visit with the grandparents. This was the PERFECT place for us! Both bedrooms had a king, meaning the bed was big enough that the kids didn't argue about space or blanket stealing. Small kitchen is all we needed to start the day with breakfast and prep snacks while busy visiting with grandparents. Only 1.5 miles to Westminster senior living, meant it was easy to run back if we forgot anything or needed to take a break. Right off of MOPAC to make adventures into downtown super easy as well. Nice quiet neighborhood for walks. Hosts were great with communication, checkin & out were very easy and went smoothly. Highly recommend, this will be our go to when we are in town for visits!!

Great location and experience

Great location in safe and affluent neighborhood. Absolutely clean and comfortable household with all amenities you need for a stay in Austin. My friends and I had a great time at a local event over a long weekend and would be excited to stay at this property again. Property owner is friendly and accommodating with a great line of communication if needed.5/5 stars. 10/10 experience.

Great place in Austin

The location was super convenient. The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped with all that you may need for a short vacation. The neighborhood is one of the best, makes you feel very secure. I definitely recommend it!

Super cute place in a REALLY nice neighborhood

Our stay was awesome. The side house was super cool with the awesome little patio for guests. Nice and tucked away PLUS it’s in an incredible neighborhood. Beautiful houses all over. Also it comes with forks, cups, k-cups a coffee maker, a microwave, and even ice cubes so you don’t have to worry about bringing that stuff. Would stay again!

Super cute and cozy place

My husband, my best friend and I absolutely adore this place. It made us feel cozy and it is also very clean. The neighborhood is perfectly quiet and peaceful. One issue we ran into was that there was a strange little stain on one of the pillows, but that is all that was a little concerning. Overall, we loved it! Thank you.

A Gem

I so enjoyed this cozy little gem. Everything is as pictured. The first thing that I noticed was what a nice neighborhood this house is located in. The house is very private, even though you are sharing the property with the host house., which is at the front of the property. It’s a unique set up. When I walked in the house I immediately noticed how clean everything was. The king beds in both bedrooms are very comfortable, which is something that is important to me. My favorite thing was the private, fenced patio. I loved having my morning coffee out there. So peaceful! I was even visited by 2 hummingbirds! The owner lives on the property and was very welcoming. I felt very safe at all times. The neighborhood Starbucks and grocery store are less than 5 minutes away. I will definitely be staying here when I am in Austin.

They was a plumbing problem which was unavoidable. The owner and staff took care of it immediately and stayed in touch with updates. The pictures were accurate and the place was immaculate!

The ideal Austin VRBO rental

I had a great stay at this wonderful property. Tucked behind the main house its a tranquel retreat perfect for a business or vaction trip. The house is immaculate and comfortable. I highly recommend this home and will definitely be back again.

GREAT STAY!

Best idea we had for an Austin visit. The location was perfect, the neighborhood was darling. We enjoyed the comfortable king size beds and we used the outdoor porch every morning and every evening! Great customer service too. I would give it a 10 star if I had the option. Joy and family

Beautiful stay, great location

My family and I had a wonderful stay here! It's a beautiful property and VERY convenient to everything. Shawn was extremely responsive to a couple of our questions and requests. Highly recommend this! We all enjoyed staying here very much--and there is an awesome outside space to enjoy!
