We enjoyed lovely accommodations in a tranquil setting, conveniently located 5 minutes from downtown Austin. The kitchen, living room and 3 bedrooms were spacious for our family of 4. This is a gem of a property with the bonus of the rooftop night view of Austin city lights. The reviews were spot on.

Fantastic stay

Everything was great - comfortable, clean and well equipped house, good communications with property management company and fun neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the view of the sunset from the rooftop patio! Definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Great Area large enough house for Six

It was nice to have three full bedrooms. We had 22 infants for adults plenty room to sleep plenty of room to relax and have a base of Operations.

Excellent location, comfortable digs, great price

This place is just perfect as a temporary home base in Austin. You can easily walk downtown, or just stick around East Austin, where there are plenty of excellent and fun dining and nightlife options. Highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful at East Side Modern! The view from the rooftop deck is amazing!! HEB and good restaurants nearby. Sam's BBQ is one of a kind. Will definitely come back!!

Great space

Came for the F1 race and exploring of Austin with some friends . Place was well equipped and comfortable. Wish we stayed longer and could have enjoyed the roof deck one night… grateful for the AC as it was steamy when we were there!

Loved this house and all of the amenities. Well stocked if you like to cook and the screened in porch is great for having coffee. The rooftop deck was great for nighttime cocktails while looking at the Austin skyline.

The house is in a super convenient location and is stocked with everything you need. The beds, linens and showers were great. The outdoor spaces and back porch looked amazing if only the weather cooperated!

Great location, close to downtown and close to COTA The house is really neat and has lots of space. The view on the roof deck is amazing. This area is in the middle of gentrification so lots of older homes mixed with new construction. Communication with the property management company was good. Overall, we enjoyed our short stay here.
