The rooms are huge, the beds are comfy, and we slept like royalty on a budget. Would definitely stay again for the price point alone. Check-in was a little chaotic after a long day of travel and arriving around 2 a.m. — we were first given a room that wasn’t ready (surprise!), but the front desk quickly fixed it and even offered to move us back to our originally booked king instead of the two doubles the next day. Points for making it right. The area is… let’s call it “full of personality.” A few sketchy characters around, but no one bothered us and we felt safe the entire time. Breakfast was laughable — toast, oatmeal, and cereal. That’s it. Blink and you’ve seen the whole buffet. And the carpet? Let’s just say it’s seen some things and could really use a refresh. All that said: comfy bed, massive room, great price — we’d absolutely stay again (just maybe skip breakfast and bring slippers). 😏

Parking was convenient, the hotel was good. The staff was really friendly. The only thing I could say is that the room had a weird smell, and the TV didn't really work. Most of the channels were not good, the signal was just bad.

Everywhere in the hotel there were smells of marijuana, the beds were unkept and both had stains and one bed had a dead bug. The sink was clogged. Overall hotel smelled dirty. Receptionists however provided customer service.

Nice hotel in the area! Staff were super friendly and helpful, room was super big for the price (slept 3 very comfortably), breakfast was typical hotel breakfast. Overall we had a great stay and I’d recommend this place!

This was the most affordable stay we found and weren't expecting much however, we were impressed by the room amenities and how tidy the room was. The free on-site parking and free complimentary breakfast were a complete perk. The breakfast really stood out as it tasted homemade and their biscuits were delicious like country diner style biscuits. The coffee was also great! They didn't have overwhelming breakfast options but the ones they did were tasty and the lady taking care of the breakfast was attentive and kept it stock even though she was the only one we saw working the breakfast area. We didn't get to tell her personally because she was so busy taking care of the area.

Pleasantly Surprised

Was quite surprised with the quality of my stay I visit Austin regularly but this was my first time stay at this hotel. The staff was very pleasant, the accomodations where spacious, and honest my favored part was the breakfast. I rarely if ever find myself eating hotel breakfast but what was prepared was very good. Next time I have to be in the city first I will definitely check out this places available.
