House was clean. Only concern was the 2 frying pans found with grease and burnt meat on them hidden in the oven. Other than that everything else was ready.

This rental needs to be removed from VRBO until updates and maintenance are performed. Would be a 1-star review but the property manager was very responsive with communication to the major issues of the property.- Dwelling was dirty, everywhere, and the beds were clearly dirty and slept in prior to us arriving. Sheets and blankets were tossed and there was a pair of shorts in the bed. The property manager was responsive and sent the cleaning crew within an hour, only reason for 2-stars. Under the couch was filthy, window sills dirty, bathrooms dirty and toilets with stains and hadn’t been cleaned. Trash had not been taken out, dirty towels in all bathrooms. - signs of flooding on all the baseboards and throughout the entire house with brown base boards. Evident that there used to be carpet but it got pulled up.- signs of minor German roach infestation present in the kitchen. - appliances are old, scuffed up with forever chemicals and were unusable. - would NOT recommend anyone stay here until updates and changes are made.
