This place is a great place to stay. My kids thoroughly enjoyed having the water park right across the street and that we got to go every day of our stay! It was great room and I loved that I was able to cook breakfast for my family in the morning. Great and very cute little bungalow! Just a PSA though, is bring everything you could think you may need since the drive back to town is a bit of a drive

Nice little bungalow

Nice and clean! However the kitchen isn’t fully stocked with cooking pans or even silverware, dish towels to anything to wash dishes with. The photos of the front of the bungalows do not show that your view is actually a very busy street looking at the front of the Beach side Billy’s water park and restaurant. We booked on a weekend that there were several different events taking place that weekend. A lot of people moving about all hours and the water park was very dirty with tons of trash on the grounds and in water area/pools. Photos also show access to Lake Travis but it’s actually very dirty on the “beach” and the small inclosed area of lake Travis wasn’t safe at all to be in the water. Over all our stay was nice but the waterpark was a huge let down for our family.
