Great house in great neighborhood!

The house had everything our family of four (parents and two grown children) could need. Privacy (everyone had their own bathroom!) and fully stocked. The neighborhood is the best - lots of fun to walk around. Many parks and just a few minute walk from restaurants, music and shopping.

Girls Get Away

The house is well built with a beautiful courtyard with big, mature trees that provide privacy and are beautiful. The house is as advertised/pictured. Well insulated house so I didn't hear friends talking downstairs after I went to bed nor did I hear the early morning risers. Well situated to walk around South Congress' shops & restaurants. Quiet street

Beautiful Home - Perfect Location!

Our group of 4 girls loved this home for our girls get-away! The home is lovely - modern/spacious with comfy bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - which we needed for 4 girls. We all really liked the location: safe neighborhood with a very short walk to get to all of the restaurants / bars / shops on Congress, and an easy Uber ride if you want to head over the river downtown. Definitely highly recommend - would love to stay here again if we return to Austin. Especially loved the short walk to Perla's for brunch, Kendra Scott for Frose and jewelry shopping, and Continental Club for live music, and Manana for coffee.

Location location location

This house was perfect for me and 7 buddies. We wanted a place to play golf in the morning, walking distance to restaurants to and afterwards listen to live music. All the best restaurants, live music in Austin just a short walk from this place. Only a 15 minute drive to the golf courses we played. Each bedroom was comfortable and enough space for all. Great house! The hosts were wonderful to work with. Best trip ever! Thank you Park Lane Modern.

The property is located walking distance to S. Congress which we really enjoyed. We were in Austin for our daughter's wedding and the house was perfect for all our needs. Although the overall communication with the management co. was not always immediate, we really appreciated having someone bring us an iron. We would love to stay again next time we visit Austin. Many thanks.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The entire process from booking through our departure was easy. The property manager was very friendly and always quick to respond. The pictures and description do not do the house justice. It extremely well kept, beautiful, full of character, and modern. Each room had its own balcony and bath. Then location puts you right in the heart of South Congress. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
