this place was perfect for 4 friends reuniting in Austin. Place had everything we needed, host was super responsive, quiet neighborhood, close to fun. Highly recommend!

Definitely located in “transitional neighborhood”. Only parking is on the road. Yard is all rock and not fully fenced. Cant fully open back door because too much stuff piled around it. Also a tiny house located out back that appeared someone was staying or possibly living in that is on same property. House itself is small but cute and worked for our one night stay but wouldnt book again because of the reasons above.
