Simply Southern Tiny House Retreat

Tiny Home, East Austin. Wanna try Tiny living? Here's your chance. Simply Southern ATX is located in Village Farm Agrihood on the east side of Austin, near the Travis County Expo Center.

Simply Southern sleeps 4 in two Queen beds; bedroom downstairs with door, loft is 2nd bedroom. Large bathroom with walk-in shower, washer and dryer with detergent for your use. All areas of the home are for your use.

There are Roku TVs in both the Living room and Bedroom. Covered porch/patio space with couches.

The community also hosts an organic farm, two large dog parks and an exercise room. Relax at one of the two community pools or Hot Tub. Use the pocket parks where there are grills and fire pits. Onsite Coffee truck Fri-Sun.

Pet Policy:
Please note dogs under 25 lbs. allowed, two dogs max. Community has breed restrictions. Please inquire within if you would like to bring your dog. No cats allowed due to allergies. There is a $50 pet fee. Since we allow dogs you may encounter dog hair!

BONUS: There is a dog park directly across the street from Simply Southern!
Community rules:
Dogs - resort rules do NOT allow Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, German Shepherd, Doberman, Chow and Wolf breeds.
NOTE: Dogs must be leashed at all times when outdoors - community rule.
Quiet hours: 10pm - 7am
Pool / Pavilion Hours: 10am - 10pm (Sun - Tues), 10am - 11pm (Wed - Sat)
NO lifeguard on duty
Overflow parking available throughout park (2 spots on site)
