You’ll be within easy reach of Austin’s popular attractions like the Texas State Capitol, Congress Bridge Bats, and the Greetings from Austin Mural. Zilker Park, which houses the famous Barton Springs Pool, offers access to paddle board and kayak rentals, and central Lady Bird Lake and nature trails boast a two-mile loop perfect for exercise or a relaxing stroll. • Check-In/Check-Out: Early check-in requests within 24 hours of arrival. Late check-out requests by 10 AM the day before departure. Early check-in and late check-out may incur a fee up to $100.
• Occupancy: Follow city occupancy rules; children under 2 not counted. Over-occupancy incurs a $500 fine per extra person.
• Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 8 AM; noise under 60 dBA. $500 fine for noise violations.
• Property Inspection: Notify us of any issues immediately. We may inspect at any time for rule violations.
• Pets: Must be pre-approved. If pets are authorized, fees are collected after booking confirmation. Unauthorized pets incur extra fees and fines.
• Cleaning: Remove trash and load & run dishwasher upon check-out. Extra trash incurs a $150 fee.
• Utilities & Appliances: Normal utility usage included. Excessive use could incur additional fees. Use appliances as intended.
• Parking: Follow local parking rules. Fines for violations.
• Safety & Security: No illegal activities or hazardous materials. Properties may have surveillance.
• Maintenance: Report issues promptly. No refunds for mechanical failures.
• Payments & Deposits: Major credit card required. Security deposit may be used for damages.
• Lost & Found: $25 minimum shipping cost for lost items.
• Legal: Violation of rules may result in eviction without refund. By booking, you agree to all rules and regulations.
