Lovely

Property is as pictured. Had all the supplies you could need. Tons of pots and pans and cooking equipment. The island is so peaceful and we love it.

A quick getaway

Enjoyed the location overlooking the pool and beautiful sunsets. Nice gym. A couple of minor hiccups at check in but property manager very responsive.

31st birthday getaway

We came down from Fort Worth for a stay on lake Travis. This condo exceeded all of our expectations. It’s a very beautiful location. The hot tub wasn’t working but besides that everything was great.

Nice place. Minor details.

The place was in a great location. Had some inconveniences (dead bugs, non-working elevator, etc.), but still nice place. The balcony is great, but desperately needs ceiling fans (not a want, it’s a need) to even enjoy properly. Overall the property is nice and will be even better if lake levels are ever back to normal. Definitely good for a short stay. Thanks!

Magical Place

I recently spent two rejuvenating days at a stunning villa that left a lasting impression on me. The atmosphere was filled with tranquility, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The hospitality extended by the staff was exceptional, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the breathtaking view of the lake. Waking up to the serene sunrise and winding down at sunset with such a picturesque backdrop was a true feast for the senses. The villa was equipped with everything I could possibly need, eliminating the need to venture outside. From a cozy bar and grill to a well-equipped fitness center, every amenity was thoughtfully provided. For those who enjoy water activities, the access to paddle board rentals was a delightful bonus. It offered a wonderful way to connect with nature while having fun on the water. Outdated key pad

It was a nice quite get away, but no staff on premises, due to the holiday. We took a short walk just before lunch, came back to our room and the key pad to our room would not work. No one answered the security number, got in touch with Josh, said he was property manager/owner?,don’t know which. He stated he would just put us in another room, no problem…well, everything we had was in our room that the door wouldn’t open to. After about an hour had passed…We had to use the restroom, and had to search the premise's to find an open restroom to use. He later called and said he could not find anyone to open the room, due to it being Christmas Day, but will try to locate a locksmith to come open it. He called again and said that someone is in route to open the door, and will be there in about 15 minutes. Two Hispanic females arrived, did not attempt to speak or make contact with us, opened the outdated key pad, put in a new battery, and it worked. They already knew the code, and were obviously housekeeping, etc. I asked where they worked, one said Mexico, the other said iTrip Austin!It was nearly two hours, when we got back into our room, besides this problem, everything went well. Never have received a return call from their security, after leaving two messages.

It was quaint, clean, and quiet! Loved the pool right outside our door and the views were impeccable. I also must say the food at the main restaurant was REALLY good!

Romantic Getaway

We had a beautiful time at this vacation rental. The views of the lake are breathtaking watching the sun come up and set had been our favorite…. The property was clean and suited our needs… The patio need a good cleaning but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

Lake Retreat

We love going to Lake Travis after Christmas each year. This year, we stayed at the best condo to date at the Island on Lake Travis. ITrip members even sent us a facilities update during our stay. Everything was top notch and we will definitely stay at this condo again.

Great place for sure!!

Nice condo with everything you need. Right off the pool and close to elevator for ease of parking lot. Nice amenities. The only downside is it’s a little far from activities (40 minutes) in Cedar Park or Austin, but if you’re just wanting a relaxing stay and play this is a perfect spot.

Amazing location across from Pace Bend Park

This unit offers 2 paddle boards with easy access to the water. Just cross the river to Pace Bend Park and you can rock climb, jump from the cliff and swim. Great Sunsets views. My daughter and I love this place!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was clean and perfectly located near the elevator and pool. Besides needing a few groceries to make it through the weekend, the condo was stocked with everything we needed. The view of Lake Travis is breathtaking! Along with enjoying the pool and tennis court, we visited nearby Emma Long Park on Lake Austin and Blue Hole in Georgetown. Oh and how could I forget all the DEER roaming the property this time of year (late May) - such a delightful treat! Can’t wait to go back next year!

4 night stay

Lovely place to stay in a beautiful part of the state! Owners left us a welcome basket and were good at communicating any issues. Our unit was clean with all the amenities we needed. One of the outdoor hot tubs wasn’t working initially, but it was just a short walk to the other one and it was fixed after 1-2 days. We went running several times and often saw a small herd of deer grazing around the property. Would highly recommend.

The place was great, but the price is deceptive as there are a lot of EXTRA expenses that increased the overall price hugely. We will probably not be returning to this place.

Cute condo very dated property remote area

The unit is located in a very dated property that definitely needed upkeep in a residential area that was also quite dated and in an area of the lake with basically nothing to do and 45 minutes to an hour drive to anything would definitely not stay in this area again. The condo was decorated cute; however, the shower doors didn’t close properly bathroom towels were very worn and almost thread bare, and the soap in the bathroom was a combination of different types to conserve $$ I can only guess. All items for the property management not owner.
