“Beautiful/simple/warm environment”

“We enjoyed our stay, was nice for our young son to be able to feed the animals onsite. Unfortunately we paid an extra $100 for a 1 hour private spa - I reached out to the company to ask for a refund as we thought this wasn’t acceptable. The spa had chicken poo floating through it and getting swirled all around us. The water was also green. But they have assured us they checked the water conditions and it was ok. The spa is located on the mangers deck of the property they live in. So it’s far……

“SCAM!! This property owner is a scam!! Once you book you will be contacted by the owner who then depends to have a copy of your id and credit card regardless of payment already being made via Expedia. You then get money taken from your account and then when you finally get to site you have to attempt to contact the owner non stop to get the lock box code otherwise you are locked out! 3 guest were waiting in their cars with no response from the owner. Once you check in they continue to take……
