「This was a perfect stay! We had two rocking chairs and a little table on the front porch. The room was exactly as described, clean and well-kept. The jacuzzi tub was amazing. Staff was kind, helpful and efficient. I loved our tiny piece of paradise for a weekend getaway.」

「The first I checked into had not been cleaned with dirt towels in the floor and the bed was not made up. The second room had musky smell and the key card had to reprogram twice so I could get back into my room. I will not being staying there again. I checked out after one and got changed for the whole reservation.」

「I was extremely disappointed with the condition of this hotel. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was not being properly maintained, the paint is pealing off the side of the building. There was furniture stacked all in the ally way. The room was dirty, the furniture was broken, and everything is worn out and neglected. One of the most concerning things was that the door to the room down from ours has been kicked in. 「Ice machine broken couldn’t get in that room anyway. Digital lock not working had to get a regular key out of lockbox that was ground level. No fun when 62 and need readers to see combo. Blackout curtains hanging off rack. After I showered tub was full of water then before wife could shower it backed up then all kinds of sediment came out of drain. Disgusting. Breakfast provided was two pieces of dried out bread that was there when we checked in. No staff on site. Road construction right outside...

「Kim at Front Desk was extremely helpful to us. She provided a shower chair for my wife's use in our room's bathroom. Additionally she gave us a 1 page list of all the restaurants nearby to the hotel and gave us a recommendation (Aubreys) of an excellent nearby restaurant which we visited. All in all a very enjoyable visit to Cleveland Tennessee.」
