“Perfect accommodation for our purposes. Well equipped apartment, good linen, two bathrooms, quiet, secure. Communication through the Stayz app did my head in but Michelle was brilliant and sorted it out. It'd be good to know the exact tram stop outside and the address is a bit ambiguous. I took the tram and got off at 56 Chapel St but it was in Windsor, not St Kilda so I got off in the wrong suburb! Which suburb one is in is only obvious to a local. All just detail that can be sorted. Most……

“家族５人で3ベッドルームに宿泊しました。事前にホテルに連絡をしたら、返信があり、予約した部屋のエアコンを修理しているので、同じ間取りの別の部屋になります、とのことでした。その他、エアコンと駐車場の説明もあり、大変助かりました。 11階の部屋に宿泊しましたが、内装も非常におしゃれで、オーナー気配りが行き届いている部屋でした。Wi-Fiは部屋専用のルーターがあり、ベッドには掛け布団もあって、快適でした。 色んなレビューに書いてある通り、ホテルの設備は古いですが、困ることもなく、快適に過ごしました。部屋の広さと窓からの景色は格別です！ 道を挟んで向かいには、数軒のレストランがあり、徒歩5分ほどのカフェも朝食に使いました。移動はレンタカーをしたので便利でしたが、車がない場合は、不便かもしれません。 食材はスーパーに買い出しに行きましたが、ホテル内にも小さなコンビニがあって、色々揃えることが出来ました。(水はここで買っていました)9-21まで開いていて、日本人の店員さんもいらっしゃいました。 また宿泊したいです！”

“This place was good value and had everything we needed. We stayed for nine nights. There was a generous amount of tea bags, plus milk in the fridge on arrival. Plenty of spare linen. We really appreciated the location as we love snorkelling. Wigmore’s supermarket is walking distance. Opposite Wigmore’s is a cafe. We did have a few pesky mosquitos come inside when we had the doors open, but there was fly spray in the cupboard. There are screens on all the windows allowing them to be fully open……
