「Easy to find, check in & comfortable room 」

「The apartment itself, the location and amenities were spot on. Conveniently located, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for our family of 4. Unfortunately the property let's it's self down when it comes to cleanliness. The bedding and pillows in the main bedroom in particular was smelly, the towels were tiny, the tea towel in the kitchen stunk. 「Close to shops and amenities 」

「A great stay especially for the price and distance, short walk to bus stops. It was spacious, well furnished and came with towels and some toiletries too. It has a few heaters although air-con on a warmer temp setting was sufficient. However, the exact address wasn't clear until after the booking and I had to text through the guest portal to know the floor of the flat. Another thing was some of the cleanliness - a couple of the bowls, plates and utensils were quite dirty, and the tea towel...
