“Unfortunately the bedrooms smelled like stale damp wet clothes. The pillows in the main bedroom were dirty, covered in hairs and stained. Picking up the key was also an order and an inconvenience. I would not recommend this apartment.”

“New and clean one bedder unit idealy located close to a variety of restaurants and bars. Could not get a better location. But be warned extensive civil works going on very nearby which will interfer greatly with getting around and google maps directions. These works are not the fault of this accomodation and should not detract from the unit itself, but must be mentioned. These construction works are meant to continue for up to two more years.”

“24 hrs before flying to Canberra I requested the address and entry details but was advised at that point (only when I reached out) that it wasn’t available. I was given a choice of 2 others. I picked one but although it looked nice initially it was not great. Days of 40 degree weather and no air con in the bedrooms, one bedroom did not have a window, neither bathroom fan worked and the ensuite smelled damp and had mould in the shower. The balcony was very very dirty. Not impressed at all.”

“Stayed 4 nights went well overall, however its more the experience afterwards that brings everything down for me. Hours after check out i recieved 4 messages through the app and text and 1 call from him about some child lock on a door being broken (photo attached) i hadn't even noticed it until later in our stay. When i removed a bag i had on the desk. My sister-in-law has the same child locks in her house, so if i did want to get through it i would know how, and there is no way my 5 year old……
