Overall the experience is good with a few minor hiccups:
1) the receptionist didn't do a good job
a) didn't inform us that we were eligible for a free "Innsbruck welcome card" with our >=2 nights stay until we discovered it on the last day of our trip
b) didn't explain how wifi works, when we tried to connect to wifi it didn't work, a further call to the reception confirmed that only "members" can enjoy free wifi and we should have been told that when we check-in
