"Room way out of dated, dirty, parking sucked. Nobody there when we checked in. Shower was nasty. Room smelled. Tiny and too expensive for that price."

"I wish there was no carpet. It was old and a hard surface flooring is just better to keep clean and doesn’t hold smells. The rooms could use a little upgrade."

"Because I booked through expedia they put us in a 1st floor facing the dumpster. Then said they were full and couldn't give us a different room even though we arrived 3 hrs early. A partial refund would be nice !"

"I enjoyed my stay even if it was one night! Pool was beautiful and relaxing. Stores and restaurants all around! Room was pretty, bed was comfy and crisp. Beach is legit behind like if it was ur backyard. Definitely will be coming back in the future!"

"Property was a mess, front entrance canopy was in need of repair and looks like they were in no hurry to fix it, ceiling in my bathroom had some paint peeling and towel rack loose on one side, elevator was slow and one went out my second day there. Will never go back to one of their properties. Front desk staff was best thing about the place, room service never came to the room after first night and we had to go get fresh towels. Only stayed the two nights. "

"Jet spa was nice and warm on a cooler spring weekend but the jets were not working. Pool was clean but cool. The Lifesaving Station food was good and the wait staff was great! Fireplace in our room did not work and despite notifying staff on Friday evening when we arrived, no one ever came to work on it by the time we left Sunday at lunch time. The resort hosted a fairly large (200 guest?) wedding Saturday, and there was a lot of trash left all over Sunday morning. "

"This is our third stay with Ramada. The Beachcombers tiki bar is so awesome and the pool is so nice but… the mattress we slept on last night was not the most comfortable and I do understand that everyone has different preferences when it comes down to mattresses but we barely slept… well vacation is not for sleep, right ? but we are exhausted. Other than that we loved it! Please upgrade your mattresses 🙏 "
