Avalon Family Hotel

"The walk up might be a bit of a shock for some, But its really not that bad. Its actually centered inbetween all the stuff you would need and/or want to do In an overnight stay in Avalon. Room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy and the staff was great! "

"Really enjoyed this place. It is quiet and very pretty. Staff was friendly and helpful. While it’s not right in the center of town they do have a shuttle that runs down fairly often. It is not a bad walk either, everything generally close together in Avalon anyways. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were modern and all linens were clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend, especially for the price point. "

"The classic old-time ambiance cannot be beat on the island. The cottages are separate so can you're not disturbed by sound through the walls. The staff is superb and they worked hard to support our odd schedule, allowing us to check-in and store luggage to accommodate our ferry arrival and departure. Best hotel on the island!"

"The Pavilion was an oasis in the heart of Catalina Island. So so relaxing...enjoyed the wine and cheese time, getting to know other guests. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will return!"

"Very pleased with their service I actually was attempting to book a second night bc the ferry was leaving till later that night but they offered a late check out at 12 and they offered a place where we could have our stuff till we had to leave which was very nice of them, and also they let us check in earlier than the check in time. Besides that is pretty close to everything there’s alot around there we was very pleased with them. "
