「I think overall this is a great stay, it’s close enough to the city to be walkable but far enough that it feels removed from the very touristy area. The Residence Due Torro would definitely benefit from being small upgrades to specially the bathroom, linens, and ensuring there’s not ants. Be mindful that is it an older building but Italy itself is old, which personally enjoyed and it adds to the authenticity of the trip!」

「The sheets on the bed were still damp which made everything feel dirty. No front desk person or staff on site. No parking near by. Costs €20 to use the kitchen. Need to climb lots of stairs to get to the hotel.」

「Beautiful apartment. My only complaint is that they do not respond thru expedia PRIOR to checkin and they have specific check in hours of when the office is open. I tried to reach them 3 times within 3 weeks prior to my stay and the phone was not valid and they dont respond on expedia. So it was impossible to accomodate an earlier check in even with a fee. Other than that once you check in they give you a good number you can reach them and communication went smooth after.」
