"We had the best time in this little home. Karen is a wonderful host and has thought of everything that you might need for a get away. Walkability to Old Town and the CSU campus is great! The surrounding neighborhood is adorable and very quiet. The patio is nicely sheltered and comfortable for meals and hanging out. We'll likely be back to stay again!"

"This is a lovely bed and breakfast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room was luxurious and comfortable. There is alot of attention to lttle details including high end toiletries as well as coffee and tea choices. Very close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Highly recommend!"

"The best thing about this place was that it was close to Old Town! It was very cute! Small, fine for a couple! It had everything we needed, fridge, cable tv, utensils, dishes, paper towels, everything! It even had a full stove/oven, which we didn’t use. Bed is full size, but comfortable. Bathroom was nice but could use more counter space for all my stuff or maybe shelves. But it was really nice. We’d stay again!"
