"The communication and ease of checking in and out was great and it was in a very convenient location. The beds were awful though. Very old mattresses that felt like an air mattress and made noise when you moved at all. Extremely flat uncomfortable pillows. Nobody in my party was able to sleep well. I would highly recommend replacing the mattresses and pillows as it is not expensive to buy decent ones at places like Walmart or Costco."

"My favorite place to stay in Fort Collins!!! The loft is a wonderful retreat, nicely appointed and close to Old Town and the CSU campus. Walked everywhere unless I was heading out of town. Nice sitting space in side the loft as well as outside on the small deck overlooking the lovely well maintained garden. No need to look further if you are seeking a relaxing and perfect in town location with very responsive hosts."

"Overall, I had a positive experience with this property. It was a cute, spacious, and clean space. It was perfect for our trip. However, it was unclear that it was a basement apartment. You can hear the tenants upstairs, but they weren’t very loud for our stay. There was an additional fee for hot tub use that was also not on the Vrbo listing. Lastly, there is only a mini fridge which was not cold when we arrived - it did finally go down in temperature the second day. There was space for some drinks, but was not reliable for restaurant leftovers for multiple people. Overall, it was a good experience with a few minor issues."

Finely Crafted Studio Apartment In The Heart Of Old Town

"Very nice little studio up in Old Town. The location is on a quiet street and we had no trouble parking. The unit has a separate entrance from the main house around the back. And the unit has it's own keypad lock.Other residents were quiet. We hardly saw our heard anyone else in our few days there.The room was clean and well furnished. It has its own AC unit, which kept us nice and cool in the summer heat. There were plenty of amenities, including a cooktop, microwave, mini fridge, and iron, as well as a TV. The bed is memory foam, too, which was very comfy.It's only a 10 minute walk over to downtown, where you'll find a ton of restaurants, shopping, and activities. We easily walked for coffee each morning. I highly recommend checking out Roast and Tasty Harmony for coffee and food. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here when we visit again.Thanks for a great stay!"
