Sehr ruhige Lage. Tipp live Standort senden lassen. Strassen sind schlecht markiert Navi findet genannte Adresse nicht. Sehr freundliche Übergabe der Wohnung.

Wohnung mit schönem Ausblick und ein paar "Abers"

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung - und das Beste ist der wunderschöne Ausblick zum Meer. Es ist schwer zu finden und der Kontakt der einem zugeteilt wird konnte auch nicht wirklich helfen. Geführt wird diese Wohnung von einer Art Verwaltung, darum auch glaube ich nicht so richtig guter Kontakt zu den Leuten die hier wohnen. Empfangen wurden wir von einer Dame, die nur italienisch sprach, was es etwas schwer für uns machte. Leider gab es ein paar Minuspunkte, in denen uns dann auch nicht weitergeholfen wurde. Die Airconditioning war kaputt, nicht toll, wenn man unter dem Dach wohnt und die Sonne den ganzen Tag die Wohnung aufheitzt. Draussen gab es leider auch keinen Schatten auf der Terrasse (keinen Schirm oder so) und auf mehrfacher Nachfrage hiess es, der Besitzer möchte wohl auch keinen neuen anschaffen (wegen dem Wind). Einige Sitzmöbel draussen waren kaputt und man musste vorsichtig sein, sich nicht zu ratschen. Vielleicht alles nicht so schlimm, mit kleinem Kind leider etwas doof. Die Lage ist schön - nicht zu weit zum Sandstrand (mit Auto) und eine felsige Bucht nah genug zum laufen. In dem Haus wohnen noch mehr Parteien, teilweise auch private Leute und die fanden es nicht so toll Urlaubsgäste neben sich zu haben, war zumindest unser Gefühl (etwas grummelig). Wir fanden es trotzdem schön dort, etwas überschattet von der mangelnden Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung.

Très beau logement

Un appartement spacieux et confortable, très propre avec une terrasse et vue incroyable. L'accès à une jolie crique privative à quelques minutes à pied est un atout indéniable. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas accessible, ce qui n'était pas précisé, pourtant le soleil aurait pu permettre de belles baignades. Il faudrait augmenter quelques équipements (nombre de couverts, verres, plats etc...au millimètre).ATTENTION pas de lave vaisselle, micro ondes, ni draps sauf paiement supplémentaire. Le village d'Avola pas terrible, malgré sa plage de sable (mal entretenue) excellent accueil de Daniella et Ana, très réactives sur tout et vraiment sympathiques. merci encore

Pour une fois, presque mieux en vrai que sur les photos... Appartement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé, gérants très sympas même s'ils ne parlent presque pas anglais... Permet de sillonner le sud de la Sicile.

Appartamento meraviglioso. Siamo stati incantati non solo dalla vista spettacolare ma anche dall appartamento ben curato e dalla scogliera raggiungibile a piedi. La sig.ra Daniela molto disponibile nel darci anche qualche consiglio su cosa visitare in zona. Anche la piscina del residence comodissima con i bambini, e nei giorni più caldi ci ha permesso di non rinunciare a un bel tuffo. Ancora complimenti, é stata una settimana da favola

L'appartamento è situato a 50 metri da una scogliera dove si può ammirare un mare splendido. E poi si può vedere l'alba stando seduti sul divano e con un minimo sforzo si raggiunge la scogliera e lo spettacolo è assicurato. 😁
