"Booked last minute for a Fall getaway. The Condo was great and extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the Balcony was beautiful and so great to be close to grocery store. Avon is our favorite area of the Southern Outer Banks. Mike was very communicative due to weather conditions the beginning of the week which could have affected our stay but luckily didn’t."

We were able to cook in this home because it is fully equipped with everything you may need. The decks on this home allow you to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in the evening. It’s a quick walk to the beach. There are so many restaurants in the area that you can visit. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe! Make a reservation if you want to enjoy an Outer Banks dream stay! "
