Wedding Weekend

Our daughter’s wedding June 21. Married at the chapel and reception at Saddleridge. Perfect location for us, walking distance to village, across the street from the chapel and shuttles. The house had so much space. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Kitchen very well stocked, very clean, huge refrigerator, pots and pans and serving dishes, wine glasses, bowls, grill…all available and new! Loved this house for our family.

Issue Ridden Property with nice location

We found the location to be very convenient and the property to be very nice from the recent renovations. Unfortunately we had several issues during our stay, and while the Moving Mountain team tried to fix them they really lacked in execution. Upon arrival the toaster wouldn't turn on and the grill was spewing gas. Things you would expect to be caught and fixed in a pre stay inspection from the management company. For the first 4 days the HVAC wasn’t properly functioning. We spent the first 2 nights uncomfortably hot, windows open trying to cool the house down. The maintenance person came out admitted it wasn’t working and allegedly "fixed" it. Then for the next 2 days the house didn’t get over 59 degrees. The maintenance person came out again, admitted it wasn't working and finally figured it out. On top of all of that we lost hot water and it took them 1 1/2 days to get a plumber out to fix it. Nothing like cold showers in the middle of the winter, without heat. A large portion of my stay was spent communicating with the management company issue after issue and updates on issue after issue. Very frustrating and shocking for a property that was just renovated.

VERY nice property

Super quality, expansive townhome with every amenity. Not exactly ski-in, ski-out as advertised because we had to walk a little, but Moving Mountains management was the best we have ever experienced.
